By accessing or purchasing from Silenthelp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


Product Purpose

Silenthelp is a discreet communication aid designed to help individuals signal that they feel unsafe. It is not an emergency service, alarm system, tracking device, or guarantee of safety.

Silenthelp does not replace emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

SilentHelp cards are not payment or identification cards and cannot be used for financial transactions or impersonation purposes.


Use of Product

By purchasing Silenthelp, you acknowledge that:

  • the card is a signalling tool only

  • response depends on recognition by participating venues or individuals

  • Silenthelp does not control or guarantee third-party actions


Participating Venues

Venue participation is voluntary and may vary by location. Silenthelp is not responsible for:

  • venue staff actions or inactions

  • venue policies or procedures

  • outcomes following card presentation


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silenthelp is not liable for:

  • personal injury, loss, or damage arising from use or misuse of the product

  • failure of a third party to recognise or respond to the card

  • situations beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where required.


Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and branding are the property of Silenthelp and may not be reproduced without permission.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
