At Silenthelp, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent purchasing conditions for our customers.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature and purpose of Silenthelp safety cards, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

  • arrives damaged

  • has a manufacturing fault

  • is not what you ordered

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Pre-Orders

For pre-order purchases:

  • You may request a full refund at any time before your order has shipped

  • Once shipped, standard return conditions apply

If there are delays to production or shipping, customers will be notified and offered the option to cancel their order.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened or used items

  • items damaged through misuse

  • items returned without original packaging


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults or if the product does not meet acceptable quality standards.
